Here you will experience a real southern BBQ at it's best.Our pit master will delight your appetite with his legendary recipes that he smuggled to the north from the heart of Tennessee.Our Meats are smoked low and slow over indirect heat from Hickory & Oak. We use dry rub which is custom blended in Memphis.We let you decide which sauce you would like to have on your meats.
Anytime that you are at the shack enjoying your food at one of our picnic tables,feel free to watch us as we prep and tend the meats on our smoker.If you have any questions which might help you with your back yard BBQ you only have to ask and we will help you anyway we can.
